The staff attending to me showed me different options and demonstrated how strong the drawers were. we discussed my interest and budget. He gave me information about the different health benefits of mattresses you have in store. He was very patient and this I appreciated the most. Thanks to him I made a good choice in bed and mattress.

The shop was nicely laid out so I could see every bed at a glance instead of walking around for hours trying to look out for furniture's and beds. The store plan was plain and simple instead of compact and confusing.

Visited the Charlton store, dreams store people knew exactly what bed I wanted and was very help ful and hospitable, offering tea biscuits ect which was bit expected but was greatly appreciated
