My server, Annie, was great. She took the time to help me find something comfortable and was very polite. She was very east to engage in conversation and the whole process was made very easy for me. The range of mattresses as vast and delivery was also prompt. I have no issue with recommending dreams to my friends

The customer assistant Annie was very charming and knowledgeable, she knew exactly what I needed ..she also gave me a Tempur pillow to try out th beds she gave me lots of time . I felt relax and comfortable...a great shopping experience..

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who listened to our requirements and found a suitable product for us. They shared personal experiences with us which helped give us a better overview of the types of mattress available and which would be the most suitable for our needs. They were attentive and produced a beverage for us whilst we looked around but also allowed us to browse by ourselves. The transaction process was efficient and we left the store feeling very satisfied.

The 1st visit I met Aaron the store manager who spent time understanding my requirements and was knowledgable on products that gave me a choice and met these requirements without any pressure

The customer service l recieved from Ajit and Aaron was second to none. I was offered facilities, tea and coffee, which l have never experienced anywhere else. I felt like the most important customer in the store. Everything about the sale and purchase was explained in a simplified way. Most importantly Aaron went out of his way to ensure I get the beds delivered on the exact day that l needed them, even though it was short notice. l was really impressed, keep up the good work!
