Friendly helpful assistants ready to help when I needed them. Greeted me when I entered the store didn't hover behind me constantly, as staff in other stores have, but came the second I needed help. Good knowledge of the product able to answer questions. Fast professional service. I would recommend this store to anyone who needed a bed.

The young man serving us was very accomodating. He was knowledgable and helpful.

I thought the customer service was excellent. Annie listened to our needs and did her best to find what we wanted. She showed us all type of mattresses that suited our needs and gave us all the information we required. I thought the store had good access and plenty of parking on arrival.

I visited Dreams store at Stone lake Retail Park on Saturday to look at memory foam matresses not really having much idea about them and how they worked.I was assisted by a staff member called Aaron , I found him to be extremely courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.He talked through all the options regarding the matresses and encouraged me to try all the different types. I settled on a gel foam matress as it felt to me to have the best support for me but enough bounce for super comfort! I really wasn't intending to buy a bed frame as well but talking everything through with Aaron I realised I was getting a great deal and a great price on my goods although I would like to stress he wasn't pushy in the slightest just really informative and friendly and I can honestly say I am looking forward to a decent night's sleep on my new bed!:)

I was very pleased with the service I have recieved today from a lady named imaculada.she was extremelly helpfull and instead of trying to sell to me she listened and made sure I purchased the right mattress.i would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Staff and I mean all were very friendly very helpful and cheerful and had nice banter which I like when I go shopping so thumbs up dreams
