Tunni and Aaron are the 2 most nicest people I've met in a shop in a very long time.

Ajit was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was available when needed but also allowed us time to look around ourselves. We would highly recommend Dreams and Ajit to any friends looking for a bed or mattress.

Ajit was extremely helpful. He listened to what we needed and helped to find the ideal products. Another store assistant pointed out sale items that were helpful for us, and saved us money. All excellent service -- and a cup of tea!

Just popped in to browse and found what we had been looking for for a few months, at a good price. Very happy with the quality of the products so far (purchased on 09-May). Staff (dealt mainly with Tunji) helpful and friendly, and enthusiastic. Staff also assisted with loading of goods into car.

No one pounced on me as soon as I entered the shop so I felt I could wonder around on my own to browse and compare the prices before I made my mind up on what I wanted and needed. Salesperson (Tunji) was great. He was always nearby if assistance was needed but not overbearing which led to a pleasant experience trying out all the various beds before making a decision.

Sean, our store sales person, was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. He gave us time to look around but was there to answer our questions when we needed him to. We had visited the store earlier that month and because he was so welcoming, we went back to that store to make the purchase today. His colleague, who assisted with inputting codes etc, was also very knowledgeable and gave us good advice. I was able to claim VAT relief on the adjustable bed we purchased today which made it an even more affordable and value for money item. Happy days.

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They also left us as much time as we needed to look around and didn't hard sell us anything.
