I found the staff so friendly, one was new to me the other was named Tunji and he dealt with me a year ago as well as yesterday. He is so helpfull and friendly and saw to all my needs as I am disabled even giving us a cup of tea whilst doing the paperwork. I cannot fault my experience in this store. They deserve an award for customer service.

WHEN ENTERING THE STORE WE WERE OFFERED REFRESHMENTS THE STAFF WERE SO HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING AND MY HUSBAND DROPPED HIS WALLET THE STAFF HELP TO SEARCH AND A MEMBER OF STAFF FOUND IT WE WERE TOTALLY GRATEFUL THE STORE WAS LOVELY AND CLEAN AND ALL INFORMATION WE NEEDED WAS AVAILABLE WE WERE TOTALLY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED

Sean the sales man was very friendly, offerede a cup of tea, sought to get me the best deal for what I meeded. He did not rush me into making a choice, was polite & knowledgeable about all the products.

My family and I were served by Tunji and he really took his time to expalin the different options we had and helped answer all our questions and was patient when we were deciding on the product to purchase.

The dreams store colleague Tunji was very welcoming. He didn't pester us and let us look around at our leisure. After a while looking he came over to check we were ok and we asked him a few questions which he was very helpful with. We were overall highly satisfied.
