The attention given to me during the purchased it was very accommodating and full explanation received by the sales man.

From the time I entered the store I was asked if I needed help. Was showen the beds I was untested in and asked by the very Nics sales man Sean if I would like a cup of tea and to please ask when j was ready anything about the beds. When I went to order he was very helpful and gave me all the information about delivery etc. I would recommend the Charlton store to my friends

Your sales assistant, Tunji, welcomed us to the store on arrival, was knowledgeable about the product we were interested in, gave us sufficient time to make a choice and even offered us refreshments. Our only slight disappointment was the length of the delivery time (10 days).

We a nice Guy spoke to Us whilst We were browsing He recommended various beds for Us to try out the various make up of different mattresses and didn't push us to ones that We couldn't afford.

We were given space to browse however knowing that a colleague was always close. We spent around an hour in the store, offered tea and coffee and given all information we asked for. The team were very patient with us and made us feel very welcomed!! Sean and Aaron were there to make us feel like we were valued customers and that our money was being spent wisely! Two very lovely young chaps who have represented your company amazingly! Very professional but able to read the customer well so plenty of banter wax available which put us at ease!! Thanks guys! We look forward to our next visit soon!!

We had two assistants, Tunji and one of the younger guys who spent their time working with and helping out with any query we had- patiently waiting until i knew which mattress was right for me and totalling the prices for them all.
