Staff were really friendly and helpful. They wanted to help us find what we were looking for and weren’t pushy about sales which I really liked. We browsed at a few different stores while looking for our new mattress and your was by far the best experience. Grace took time to help us try out the best, locate the right ones for our needs and budget and the other staff were smiling and friendly too.

The customer service was excellent from the moment we arrived at our local store in Charlton. We had time to look around first and the staff were excellent throughout our time in the store. They made you feel welcomed and were very knowledgeable with the product which we bought. We were given refreshments which was a great surprise and had a very enjoyable time.

Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable and went over and above to address all my questions and W sauté I was fully satisfied with my purchase. (Nb: I purchased my mattress and bed separately as I needed to double check dimensions on my property. Nicholas was proactive in following up with me the following day and giving advice on options for removal of my old bed. Would highly recommend - excellent customer service!!
