The man Vinny who served me was very good and professional but his manager was probably still in sleep mode. Was waiting over 10min to opening the till (as manager was going somewhere), another few minutes as there was no paper in the printer. There was no mattress in store to picked up.

I was highly satisfied overall. I think it wrong that you do not refund money for lower priced items on exchange. I think this should be made clear before purchase.

I had no issue with the Charlton store colleagues. However the previous day I visited the Bournemouth store where the colleague did not have the necessary product knowledge to manage the order and was trying to fob me off which on a £4000 order is not acceptable. We left and returned to the Charlton store where we had previously researched the product. In both stores, both colleagues struggled to find the product on your system. It seemed that the search facility was poor and the product descriptions were unclear which made the order process really slow and it it gave a lack of confidence I would actually get the right product.
