It was really hard to control the lady and kept on shouting and my children were scared. however two of the collegue member took her down nicely.

I was not highly satisfied because of the length of time I have to wait for the order to be delivered, apart from this I was very happy with the staff response and support during my visit to the store.

disposal costs should be one fee , not separate for bed and mattress, it is not two removals its one, its not 2 labour costs its one, its not 2 journeys its one. other than this I'm satisfied

I felt like the ordering process was really slow, the dreams assistant was taking a long time to enter my contact details as he was not computer literate at all. Another customer came in after me and was seen, ordered and left when I was still in the middle of the process. I understand not everyone is quick but I did not fancy sitting for over an hour in store on a Saturday afternoon. I believe the key to great customer service is Precise, Clear and consistent and unfortunately this is not what I received on this occasion.

It took too long to complete the order. The delivery will take over a month.

could have been more staff or computers to use as I had to wait until a computer was free and there were several couples waiting before me before I could place an order.

Greeted by a very friendly salesman but he was trying to look after several customers at the same time so disappeared for a period of time. I had to wait to make the transaction (long enough for my husband and son to fall asleep on a bed hehe). Friendly, helpful staff but perhaps a bit too busy for them to handle on a bank holiday
