There is always room for improvement.

Wish there were offers in Store, also the store is not as glamorous as the website. Staff didn't offer us tea or coffee whilst the order was being processed.

THE PRICE OF THE ITEMS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE AND THE DELIVERY TIME IS NOT REASONABLE

I was highly satisfied. I am 8 months pregnant and the front door was open so it was a bit cold.the employer IAN went over his way and went to get a small heater for me so that i will not be cold.

The price of the mattress had gone up by £30

Tunji was really helpful but the 0% interest system took about an hour to process our application, through not fault of his own, and it took waiting and a call to the credit company helpline, before it could be solved. Tunji was really polite and helpful throughout.

Me and my husband came to Dreams to look for a comfortable bed ;it's been 12 years since we bought our last bed and desperately need a new one. Since my birthday is in 2 weeks my husband told me I can get the bed and matress that I like . I thought it was a bit selfish of me if I only buy for us , I told him lets get the boys a new bunk bed as well. Justin is vey helpful and skillful , helping us to make the choices of "the right bed". We tried to lie down and tested all the beds like in a commercial. It took us 2 hours to make a choice and decision ,for quality , comfort and how much we want to spend. I even said to my husband I really want Tempur matress but Oh My God the price is to much that we can not afford or willing to pay. But Justin gave us a good deal even with a FREE pillow😄😄.I am so happy that I made the right choice of matress and my husband got the right bed that he like , high end one. Dreams really make our dream bedand matress come true. Can't wait for the delivery son.

Didn't have all the mattresses available to test in store (medium fimness)

I was highly satisfied with the customer service and support provided. I was disappointed that the beds were not available for 8 weeks.

Store manager was great and so was one of his colleagues the other member of staff was not helpful or knowledgeable .We where about to walk out and place our order else where until the store manager talked to us and was very informative so we placed our order with him .
