was really happy about the availability of the whole team but particular by Nicholas for his patience and his constant smile that make my wife and I very conformable. regards

I knew what i was looking for but the person was giving me different pillow I didn't like.

I was not highly satisfied because of the overall price of the items were too expensive.

Time consuming on placing order due to different delivery time available on different products.

The sale staff was very polite ,kind, friendly ,knowledgeable,patient helpful and showed me an alternative that I liked . He helped me with the conversion from cm to feet .👌🏾😊.I went on to finance the item and that was quicker than I anticipated, brillant .I am very please so far so now I'm hoping that when i do receive my item everything will be as smooth.

Only two sales people on store and a busy store, we couldn't do the finance on the same day as per the above.

i was not pressured into buying any excess products or was we rushed into picking the product we wanted, they gut was very helpfull & friendly

This is the first time Ji shop at dreams and not using the product yet.

Room for improvement.
