As I said the temperature at the rear of the shop was unbearable. I had to leave very quickly. The man serving me told the assistant at the rear to turn down the heat twice while I was there. I was less than impressed as that man was almost lying down whilst telling us the heat was lovely. I would hazard a guess it was more than 100 degrees. A very unhealthy and environmentally unfriendly high.

Everything was as expected. I was happy with the service, the store and the products. Although there was nothing mind blowing or extrodinary about the experience i was happy with all aspects and would recommend Dreams to friends and family.

the sales consultant whom processed our order (Tunji) requires more customer service training. As a retailer myself i found it very frustrating, trying to listen, whilst he mumbled. To few computer terminals, for the amount of customers in store. so we felt that we were rushed to finish processing our order.
