no real reason could have put highly but I was just buying a mattress !!!

Really helpful and friendly staff- even offered a cup of tea/coffee several times! Tunji and his colleague both gave us assistance and Tunji took the order. Both really knew their stuff. They made it a pleasant experience.

Not enough range of item in the sale promotion and not enought option on wardrobes

Store looked a bit run down. More like a factory outlet than a shop. Price of products not competitive if I could have been more flexible on my delivery time I would have ordered online cheaper. Charge twice for delivery and installation again not competitive.

The layout of the beds in store was not very nice and the store needed an uplift. An integral part of any customer wanting to buy a bed is the ambience in the store which did not exist

Only two people working one not in sight then he didn't know how to place the order properly

Considering there was a sale on the bed was still expensive

Price tag were really tricky to understand, and the costumer service even if the girl who help us was lovely was really slow as there were too little computers to process our order

Only received the product today, cannot comment on quality. Also I had to wait a few weeks and I hoped it will be available sooner.
