Did not find the charging clear

Your computer would not accept my post code.

I am not highly satisfied with my experience as I was going to buy online as delivery was free. I purchased goods costing almost £1000.00 and was charged £59.99 delivery. I think it should have been free delivery and I have been advised to challenge delivery charge and ask for refund or cancel order and place it on line.

the assistant who processed our order was very unprofessional, offered us sweets he pulled out of his trouser pocket, when we declined he then ate them and was chewing away while talking with us, the keyboard could not process R so he continued using an incorrect name rather than moving to another computer, amongst other things which i am contacting the store separately about.

Only had two firm combined mattresses and a limited selection on Super King bed frames.

There was nothing that can make me highly satisfied

The length it will take to deliver my goods.

I felt I walked around the shop for too long before being asked for assistance.

Sean was assisting us at the store. Excellent customer service and very customer friendly. The reason I mentioned not highly satisfied is cause the product I first saw had a reduced price and when we agreed to buy it Sean checked the price and said that it wasn't the right price.however we paid what he said the actual price was. In a way I did feel we should have paid the price that was put up. Besides this the care and patience Sean and the co workers provided was excellent.

I was quite satisfied. The proof will be in my satisfaction with the bed i bought
