Honestly, if it were not for Natasha helping us chops the right mattress we probably wouldn’t have one by now. She was very attentive and patient. Very friendly and got some great pillows. I can confidently say I sleep much better at night?

I went into the store in Brislington, Bristol. Gareth had spoken to me on the phone and then helped me in store. He was professional, helpful and didn’t waste any time in finding some options for me. Before stores closed due to COVID, I then placed the order on the phone. Over the phone, I dealt with Justin who was equally helpful and professional in finalising my order. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and definitely led me to spend more than I would have otherwise. An extremely good quality shopping experience because of two very good employees.

Great customer service, really took the time and paid attention to my needs. Justin, the sales rep/store manager was a very informative and provided options based on my requirements. I was only suppose to purchase one item but ended up with two great items. Thank you for your help
