We only entered the store as we been in 'Bensons' next door for a price and product comparison. We had decided not to purchase any more beds from Dreams due to our current 4 1/2 year old £1000 Dreams bed being in desperate need in changing due to 2 very big dips were the wife and I sleep, we also last year needed to change our adult daughters bed due to 4 collapsed pocket springs, that bed was 5 years old. We had been very impressed with the Tempur range in Bensons and the showroom which is far superior to dreams 'warehouse' appearance. But credit to your salesman Tunji's warm welcome and coffee and biscuits he won us around and was very helpful, the price was only slightly better due to him offering free delivery and half price pillows, top marks to him.

It took more than 3 days to get my credit check sorted with Barclays. It was so frustrating.

I went in with an idea of what I want. Sales person wasn't very keen to carry through my order until I said I am all ready to pay and close the deal.

I looked on line and see a bed I loved but was only available in a king size, I thought I would visit your charlton store and see if it was done in a double, I was told it was, which I was so pleased and picked My mattress, when I then came uptown the desk to arrange order I was told the double I wanted was no longer available to order as was out stock and you would not be getting anyone in, I was extremely disappointed and had to settle for my 2nd choice. The assistant Annie which delt with me was very apologetic but explained there was nothing she could do. So it would be nice if beds were made to fit demand for such a big bed retailer

I felt the price was still high, we bought another bed from here early this year.

I felt that the sale assistant only cared about the sale and not about my needs for the bed. His customer service was not the best. He could have been a bit more understanding and could have helped us more and we could have learnt from his experience. Instead he was banging on about 40 night sleep return and price promise. Which he actually missold this. He said "online retailer price match" after reading your finer details I read it was only store retailers and not independant online retailers.

i am satisfied with the sales rep and believe there is little difference btw highly and satisfied
