The Dreams member of staff was very help, pleasent & dealt with my order or nay queries I have professionally.

The experience in the shop was good but not exceptional. I like to look round on my own and request help when I need it. Assistant was good.

Paperwork for placing the order, as we were paying in full rather than on credit, took a long time, was rather irksome. Delivery ! you have to improve this. To not be able to offer a more specific time / date AND out of office hours option! for goodness sake we all work. who wants to take time off to receive a bed / mattress. I would have paid an extra £ 20 or so for evening delivery as would most of your customers. Email order confirmation - gibberish, something wrong with the html, all the values are incorrect, and the formatting is poor. I can send you mine to see for yourself. I was happy with the service at Dreams. Annie was very pleasant and informative and so was her colleague who was equally as pleasant. As I was buying 2 mattresses at once I would have been happy to have had a lot more options across the board in Super King size mattresses as they are for a rental property. However I was given the best deal you had going and for this I am satisfied.

Customer service was very helpful. Very straight forward. Staff very approachable

3 members of staff on the shop floor but only 1 of them new what he was doing. Had to wait for over half an hour because the 1 member of staff who new his job was serving someone, the other two were absolutely useless. There was only me, my partner, my son and another customer in the whole branch so it was not busy in the slightest. I had to look up the product I wanted on my phone in th end. I would not recommend dreams in charlton to anyone, big thanks to Ian as he was the only one doing any work, sack the other 2 as they don't have a clue.

I was satisfied, they were friendly, polite not pushy even though I knew what i wanted and had my funds ready to purchase.

sales man was full of flu and coughing over us. Snorting and sniffing. most unpleasant.
