Rushed service, no customer service experience, full experience not explained just an average Joe buying spending £500.

The mattress seems to sink down when I sit on it so it is quite uncomfortable. This is supposed to be a new mattress but it dips down quite a lot in the middle. I'm sure the sample mattress in the store was a much more comfortable one and firmer.

Not told about inability to refund items at other stores. Caused massive inconvenience and seems a terrible policy.

I went in the day before my order and the bed was showing as £379 and the guy there promised a price match. We had seen something similar for a little cheaper in argos and I went back in the next day and the price had gone up on the showroom floor to £399. I spoke to the man about it (different from the nice guy we had spoken to before) and he said he would have a look into the price and to 'see what he can do'. He then went on his computer and said actually the price had changed again and was £449 and that's all he could do. I was fuming! If you are advertising it at a price then you have to at least sell it at that price. I really felt like I was in a market rather than a shop! I managed to get the price of the day before but didn't get the argos price match. I made the order as I did like the bed it just meant that I won't go back anymore and I ended up ordering our other two beds from argos instead!

The staff could not load the order as the computer system went down- they tried their best but it didn't get sorted whilst I was in store. Tunji wrote it out manually and later phoned me to place the order over the phone when the computer system started to work. This was very considerate of him and in order not to delay me any further in store. He even delivered my pillows and protector personally to my home after work as a good will gesture for the inconvenience caused earlier in the day. A great customer care service that others don't do.
