The staff were really helpful in explaining the products on offer and advising me about the type of mattress I was looking for. Both the sales assistant on the shop floor and the person ‘Vinny’ who processed my order were really helpful, clear and had great customer service.

Covid prevention measures were in place. Laud was very friendly, and knew exactly where each mattress was in the store. He laid out the paper towel and gave me a pillow so I could try each mattress. The mattress and bed were on offer and the delivery options were swift.

The staff member Grace was extremely helpful and tried her hardest to find the correct mattress for us,and she was taking our decisions seriously and not just trying to sell us the most expensive items

Our Dreams Colleague's' name is Nick. We were welcomed warmly with all COVID 19 rules in place. My husband and I are quite reserved kind of customer (we need a lot of personal space while we're browsing around). At the same time we like to be informed, so Nick makes that research possible for us. He was extremely helpful and patient.
