Alice was great as was the other black chap (can't remember his name) who helped me. They greeted me, asked if they could help, showed me around, answered my questions and told me about offers (buy better mattress protector for 8 year warranty). It would have been nice to have a bit more choice in terms of 'beds in a bag' available to take away from store, but I'm happy with the mattress I purchased.
