The store is clean and looks safe since the moment you go in. E were approached by a member os staff who was friendly and knew what they were talking about. We had the full experience of trying the mattress simulator, check the mattresses that we were interested on and even have a look at the bed frames. The staff was nice and gave us enough time to talk and make our final decision. We loved the fact that you can reschedule your delivery date,free of charges, if you have to. Really happy with the experience

Natasha was amazing. She guided us throughout the whole experience and we left the store with no doubts and with a happy face with our new mattress and bed frame. We were looking for these items for quite a while now and a visit that was just for investigation ended up with being the decisive one. All the staff was amazingly nice to us and we definitely felt that they were worried and fully committed to give us the best sleep ever. Thank you so much to everyone, specially to Natasha
