I am 83 years of age and have hearing difficulties, And when I made your assistant Charmy aware of this she made every effort to make sure I heard and understood everything she was saying, Its been a long time since I last bought a mattress and a base and of course I no longer have the funds to buy top of the range, so it was important I got a suitable mattress for the money I could afford and from what Charney explained to me, I think I have.

We were very happy with the service. Laud was very helpful and informative, without being overbearing. He was happy for us to take our time to make our decision. Also happy with the Covid 19 precautions that have been taken. The store was clean and tidy.
