We had a great customer service provided by Grace. She was really knowledgeable, helpful and she answered any of our questions. It was great to try out the mattresses in the store. We felt really safe according to PPE and sanitizing in place as well as all the social distancing guidance. The delivery service and insurance were offered by Grace as well as a bottle of water. Which was really helpful.

On entering the store we were greeted and explained to about hand sanitisation. My husband and I were given the freedom to look around then offered the "special bed service" The lady who dealt with us was helpful and informative. She took our safety into consideration providing us with paper towels to put on the beds as we tried them. Very helpful about products we required and gave us time to discuss what we wanted to do and left us to it, reminding us she was here to help if needed and when required. I liked this as I didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase.

The staff were very polite and kept social distancing which was great to see. We was also given a bottle a water. Justin the manager was a very attentive to all our needs and the staff look like a happy bunch. I will most definitely come back to dreams Chatton. Also the machine was great to go on. It felt like a free massage.
