Dreams - Charlton

Nicholas greeted us as soon as we entered the store and I’m not sure if you could tell but the offer of the bottles of water was a lifesaver… He showed us through the mattresses bed frames and a divan bases explaining to which each one was different and to why. I ended up getting a mattress that the sleep match didn’t pick but I am more than happy with the end result.

Vinnie @ charlton is a great guy. Always smiling and advising. awesome customer care. it is the 3rd bed we bought from Vinnie, no one problem. well done to him.

The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made themselves known and were readily available but not at all pushy. A fantastic team at the Charlton branch.
