The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made themselves known and were readily available but not at all pushy. A fantastic team at the Charlton branch.

Vinnie @ charlton is a great guy. Always smiling and advising. awesome customer care. it is the 3rd bed we bought from Vinnie, no one problem. well done to him.

Our sales advisor was Justin. He was calm, collected and knowledgable about the products he showed us. If he needed extra help he found out from bother staff and didn’t pretend to have product knowledge if he didn’t. There was no pressure involved with the sale, but we knew he was there for us every step of the way.. I am a retailer myself and have a renovation company and gave to buy beds etc for client. So all in all I am a very happy customer thanks to Justin
