As we walked in we were greeted by a member of staff who asked us to use the hand sanitizer which I already was extremely satisfied with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and at the same time very professional. He was also very patient and took his time to show us the different mattress that were available and also suggested we tried the machine that would help us to choose which mattress was best for my daughter.

We were served by a very kind & knowledgable Dreams colleague called Laud everytime we returned to Dreams over a 3-4 day period, hence received consistency because we didn’t have to repeat what we had already gone through previously together with being able to answer any of our questions or concerns throughout our whole bed/mattresses ordering process which was extremely helpful & reassuring!
