We were served by a very kind & knowledgable Dreams colleague called Laud everytime we returned to Dreams over a 3-4 day period, hence received consistency because we didn’t have to repeat what we had already gone through previously together with being able to answer any of our questions or concerns throughout our whole bed/mattresses ordering process which was extremely helpful & reassuring!

The sales person was very helpful. She didn’t hurry me on closing an item. She let me have a look at different beds and she supported me regarding the amount I wanted to spend.
