the safe knowledge as staff talked us thoroughly through the safety procedures hand sanitizer mask then our own pillow protects and tissue. We jad a lay on the mattress sleep match thing natasha showed us mattress in our budget she gave space to dicuss our choice then gave us 20 min to double check everything. She offered water and stood at a safe distance to. The staff were all so happy and friendly it was amazing after the recent events of losing a few close friends. So it was great positive experience il come again recommended my friend and family
