The Sales Attendant was imediately welcoming, very informative and attentive in allowing me to work through the choices best suitable to my needs and taste. I was able to try options of comfort and she was open to my questions and showed patience when I needed to retry, options to be sure of the purchase I needed. I was also impressed that she gave me space to make up my mind and checked over my order with me. She presented ideal and friendly in a profesdional manner She maintained Safe distancing and hygiene practices in an organised and sensible fashion.

Firstly used your mattress machine to see which type of mattress would be suitable for me. Secondly to test out a number mattresses to see which I preferred from the options. Thirdly helpful staff.
