Justin the young man who served me at your Charlton branch could have not been any better. He showed me where to sanitise as I entered the store and the procedure to testing the beds. He followed the safe distancing wearing a mask and behind the screen when taking my order.

Vinny was extremely helpful as was the manager. Very friendly. They took time to explaining everything and offer the best bed suited to us, using the bed matching technology. We were offered a drink and felt comfortable.

The staff were really helpful and patient, especially during a time like this I was really impressed with the way they managed the flow of the visitors coming in, the way they would take precaution and protection to the products as well as to the customers. Overall great experience during this period - I’ll deffo be recommending and coming back again.
