Vinny was very helpful, knowledgable and took an interest in our needs. He offered suitable extras which we decided to take or not & accepted our decisions without pestering to proceed. We went into store prior to purchasing and returned to have another look and make the purchase & he remembered who we were and took time in understanding our requirements again. Very happy.

Natasha was helpful, courteous and very informative when it came to what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable about the product and the after care I would receive. I even was offered coffee and water. And then she fanned me when I got a hot flush. How is that for service. Thank you Natasha
