Justin put us on the machine and helped us to by a bed. He offerd water and spoke about bedcover plan and assembly. Great man

Start to finish engagement was excellent

We came into the Charlton store of Dreams and was greeted by Laud. We were shown around the store then was introduce to a staff member called Nicholas, He then explained all the options we had and could go for. We then decided and went through the ordered with Nicholas and Laud made us a lovely cup of coffee. We are semi deaf couple and was so happy with the way we were treated and even more that Laud could do sign language. Thank you Dreams and Chalrton staff. Sue

The staff in store were friendly. Laud the sales guy was very helpful and informative.

Laud was extremely helpful, welcomed me, put me on the sleep match machine to match me with a mattress. Showed me different mattress' and talked me through each one. Offered me tea when going through purchase. Excellent customer service made me feel welcome and a valued customer.

Our consultant Grace was fantastic! She took care of us and found the perfect balance between being there to answer all our question and give advice and also allowing us time to explore and experience the mattresses. We also used the sleep assessment technology which was very interesting and actually spot on in terms of the final product we chose!

We were approached by a very happy, friendly member of staff (Laud). He asked our needs and took us to a computer that reads your body and sleep position. Once we had the results he talked us through each bed giving us pillows to try the matresses with. We laughed, talked and felt overall extremely welcome in the store. It was a pleasure being helped and advised by himself.
