Two reasons why we were so satisfied -the member of staff, Laud was excellent. He said hello as we came in but allowed us to get into the store first before ambushing us (which is what happens in some stores). He instantly made us comfortable and persuaded us to try the bed that tells you what would suit you which is an excellent piece of equipment to have in a store, it made us decide to buy that day. Laud then took us around all the mattresses and was chatty and jovial never pushy, offering tips and drinks. Then the really clever bit was leaving us to make our decision so we didn’t feel at all pressurised. He managed to seamlessly remove himself from our company. He read his customers extraordinarily well which is a gift for a salesperson!!

The store attendant Vinny took his time to show me what I needed and he answered the questions I asked which helped me to make my choices. Also , the products were there and I checked them out properly before I made my choices

Very friendly and did understand what we were looking, he spent time showing us the product without any pressure to buy.

Colleague (Natasha, Dreams Charlton) who provided support was very kind and attentive. Considered our individual needs and made it her mission to ensure we found the bed for us within our budget. She was completely honest about all products and gave her professional opinion throughout

We were greeted by Grace upon entering the store...she was very friendly and professional and spent time help us with what we wanted.

The salesperson who helped us (Laud) was very knowledgeable about what we might need, and spent a long time guiding us through the process of choosing a new bed frame and mattress.

Very helpful and guided me for my particular needs.

The assistant was fantastic- Grace was helpful and polite without being too much. A lovely service.

The staff were lovely. They were friendly and easily approachable and very knowledgable on the products. They really did work as a team. In particular Grace, Laud and Nick. I visited the store on four separate occasions over a week as I was unsure of what I wanted and they all helped me over these days to work out what was best for me and my partner without being pushy. I would highly recommend this store because of the staff. Thank you

Was on a tight budget and Nick from when we first entered the store greeted us and made us coffee which was a deal breaker
