The staff were welcoming and helpful. Laud, in particular, was knowledgeable and happy to spend time looking at different products and talking about the specifications. He offered us cold and hot drinks while another lady gave my children balloons to play with while we browsed. A very welcoming store!

Natasha was so helpful, she helped us with finding the right pillows. She has great knowledge of all of the products. She’s so great with people and has made the experience so much more pleasant than expected.

I was really satisfied with my service. I just wish that my private information when giving details about my finances and all my personal information wouldn't be said in the open and I would get the opportunity to write the information myself. It was a big open store and everyone could hear how much money I make, my personal numbers, my address, my birthdate and even where exactly I work and what I do there. This is a lot of confidential information which I prefer people that are next to me or even the workers not to know. When giving this information I was very uncomfortable as there is people that get robbed their identity. Please work on getting a better system in place to keep your customer's personal detail confidential.

Nick was professional he explained everything to us and we feel that he is one of the best sales assistants I have ever met. He explained everything in detail and I am proud to introduce my friends to Dreams.
