Opon arriving to the store felt very wellcomed custemer service was very good there was alot off options that was best suitted to my need was shown an tested all the options at an relax mood without being pushed or rushed to decide on what to buy because all the products was very comftable

The salesperson was fantastic. He knew what he was talking about and was a great comfort to us in the product we chose. He was very knowledgable and very friendly.

Natasha was lovely and we are very happy with the service she provided

Everything from beeing greeted at the door, through the "bed test machine" , to completing the purchase was pleasant, easy, educational and most of all a very friendly experience!

Have used Dreams on many previous occasions and will continue to do so

We came out of Carpet Right into Dreams and the Customer Service was 100% better. We were greeted warmly by Laud and Justin, Laud showed us the type of beds we were interested in and we agreed on a lovely king sized ottoman bed with extra accessories! At the payment point we were offered tea and cakes which was a really nice touch. Great experience here and would definitely recommend and return!

Vineyards was very helpful . He told me all about the product answered all my questions fully. Pleasant young man. I am 66 and he didn't rush me.

I was greated well and told were i could find a specific item, i was then assisted when i needed it and ordered the bed. My son also felt relaxed in the store which was nice
