Me and my mum and dad came into Dreams as we have previously purchased from there before by Tunji which we are sad to here what happen. Nicholas offered us a cup of tea and walked us through the store showing us all available options. His customer service was on point.

Justin was a great ar explaining all the features of the bed and the mattress we purchased today. He went above and beyond and gave us a great experience!

Natasha was helpful and show us how easy the sofa bed we purchased was to use

The sales assistant was very attentive and seemed genuinely interested in my needs. He was very knowledge and patient throughout the process, offering a great balance of advice but also leaving me in privacy when I wanted to try out mattresses on my own without being watched over. I liked his friendly and non pushy manner and part of my decision to purchase here was that good feeling his service imparted on me.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff provided support and so was able to find what I was looking for.

Justin was a great help. Very helpful and gave excellent advice. He put me in the sleep match machine and mad me and my family a hot drink. He gave us pillows to try and I will definitely come back to the Charlton store.

Grace was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find our first bed together! Justin explained the credit really clearly and helped us complete the purchase. We were made to feel very welcome.
