Nick was sooo well at his job

Customer service we received was immaculate even down Interacting with us so much that we had discussions about family members coming down here then finished off with wishing us a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Nicholas was just 100% on top of his game and honest we appreciate.

Excellent customer service; friendly approachable staff

The retail assistant was well informed about the product I was inquiring about and show me various options. Justin took his time and IK did not feel rushed to purchase or to make a discussion. Justin was understanding of the issues that had occurred previously and acted accordingly. I was impressed with the knowledge and the customer service which was provided and I would be happy to purchase at Dreams at Charlton

Everything was good apart from the finance company who took to much time to process the finance. About 30 mins in total)

Nicholas customer service was great. He put us on the machine and mad me and family a hot drink. He gave us different pillows to try and explain how dreams can assemble the bed and take away our old one

Good customer experience in store, the colleagues that attended to us were very knowledgeable about the products and they advice accordingly.
