Although at this time I did no purchases the mattress due to delivery time I was happy with the bed

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by Laud and Vinny, the store also had a great layout and was incredibly neat Vinny showed us the sleep match which is a bed that checks what bed best for my body, we were offered drinks which were really nice I would go as far as to say that they were perfect, certainly

Very nice service, Ginny was very polite and helped me and my father choosing the right mattresses, initially we were looking for something very firm, but he quickly made us understand that often that’s not the right approach. He showed us the sleep machine, which identified something more in the range of what I needed, and surprisingly I felt very comfortable with the mattress that bunny pointed to me as well as my father that chose something not as firm but very comfortable

Second time in the store, I was welcomed by the same person as last time, vinny, he went over with all the details and options available to me since I was not sure about what I wanted, his help saved me a lot of time. This time I only came in for my son beds but I’ll be definitely coming back for my new mattress

The sales manager was so helpful with my mum who is quite deaf, spending as much time as she needed and making her tea. She left feeling she'd got what she wanted for a reasonable price and had a lovely time

Nicolas was quick to offer assistance and suggest a good alternative to what was not in the store. I was only in the store for 10 minutes total and had bought a product without any pressure. Most impressed with his outstanding customer service.
