There were staff available to help me as soon as I needed it. Nick, the staff member who helped me, was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He also made me feel so at ease about my needs that I even told him about my hot flushes at night! He then told me all about the cooler mattresses! I a very happy customer.

Laud and Vincenzo were great from the moment we walked in until the moment we left, even staying until after their close time to ensure our purchase, finance and delivery date were all sorted. Everything explained clearly and thoroughly. We were greeted straight away and asked if we needed anything, offered drinks, offered alternative pillows to test, used the sleep test mattress machine. Very helpful and professional service from your staff at Charlton! Would definitely recommend to a friend.
