Colin helped us and was a true gentlemen, nothing was too much trouble and he really cared and listened to what we wanted.

Colin was very knowledgeable and took the time to find out what we were looking for and particularly good to guide us to mattresses that were possibly right for me following back surgery and not necessarily the most expensive ones which we really appreciated as I'm sure some businesses would just try to sell you the most expensive.

Derek and Colin were very helpful, had good knowledge. It was great you had what we needed and we could just get on and order it. This has not been the case with John Lewis who we went to first and they were useless

The salesman was very courteous, we phoned the store on our way there to say we had been caught in traffic. He assured us that he would remain in store for us even though it would be past closing time. He was very knowledgeable about all the stock .

I’m a returning dreams customer 7 years our old beds lasted and mattress’s going strong for another year so now I’m back to spend again for some more beds to last another 7-8 years thanks dreams the customer service agent was brilliant and top notch service we received from start to finish he knew all his stuff and very informative fantastic experience
