I’m a returning dreams customer 7 years our old beds lasted and mattress’s going strong for another year so now I’m back to spend again for some more beds to last another 7-8 years thanks dreams the customer service agent was brilliant and top notch service we received from start to finish he knew all his stuff and very informative fantastic experience

The friendliness of the staff made it an absolute pleasure to be shopping for a new bed, from the time we walked into the store to the time we left it. The colleague that dealt with our purchase was the epitome of customer care and was extremely helpful throughout our visit.

We entered the shop and were greeted by Matt and he asked what we were looking for and he pointed out the ones that meeted our needs

He understand my need and took them into consideration and he also helped by knowing my situation because I have to have eye surgery soon to stop me from going blind and he understand that I needed this bed ASAP around this happening. We felt Shaun and Matt were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful without being pushy. After their advice, we were given plenty of time without pressure to try different mattresses and make our decision. We were also offered a tea/coffee/water. Even though we didn't accept we appreciated the offer. The end-to-end process was extremely easy. Thanks for your help.

Having bought my last bed and mattress from Dreams Store at waterlooville I knew exactly where I wanted to go for my new mattress. Staff are always polite and helpful in explaining all the different mattress types, you even get offered a hot drink. Having made my choice my transaction was dealt with effiently. Would reccomend them.
