Quick efficient service, good knowledge of products and really impressed with delivery time.

The sales person (Colin) was very efficient, had a good understanding of the products and the budget that i was wiling to spend. He didn't try and push a sell on any additional items, which make a change on most other sales experiences i have had. Shop was laid out efficiently with a large selection of products along with a selection of model variants.

The staff in the Waterlooville store were so helpful and friendly and weren't pushy at all, they gave us lots of space to look around and were there to help when we needed. They also had a great knowledge of all the products and answered every question we asked them. They offered us an 8 year warrenty for a very good price which we went for. They also offered us tea and coffee and the whole process felt very friendly and easy!

The salesman Colin was very helpful and understood our needs we had no pressure at any time and his knowledge was very good on the products. He made us feel very welcome and offered us a drink during our visit.

Service was absolutely wonderful, salesman very experienced in this field, and quite frankly we were lost (having not purchased a bed in many years!) No hard sale and offers of "we are putting the kettle on" came from all three of the salesmen present. It was such a pleasure to be dealt with in such a professional helpful way by people who obviously knew their profession extremely well and executed it so well.

I only popped in the store to browse, I was approached but i wasn’t pounced on. I told him I was only looking , but he still took a lot of time explaining all the differences in the products. I left the store not purchasing anything , but I was given a print out of the bed and mattress that I had shown interest in plus all the other services that you offer and insurance details . I was unable to return to the store to buy the product as I had an operation on my foot unexpectedly, so I rang the store and bought it over the phone. I don’t usually make a decision so quickly, but I was very satisfied with the service and the products . I was served by Shaun Waterlooville Portsmouth .
