Derek showed me several mattresses. When my husband explained my physical problems he immediately understood and showed me more appropriate solutions. He let me try the mattresses for as long as I wanted and he didn't show me the more expensive until I'd dismissed the cheaper ones.

We bought a mattress after trying out lots of different ones. We were even offered a cup of tea. Great customer service from Colin.
