The server Colin was extremely helpful and flexible when catering to our needs. He did not rush us and helped us make an excellent choice with our new bed.

We were welcomed by Clive who identified what we were looking for and suggested suitable alternatives for us to consider. Buying a bed is a difficult process and being given helpful guidance makes the decision a lot more straight forward. The fact that there was a good discount on our preferred choice made it even easier.

The staff were very friendly, and jovial which (personally) is something I like. When it was time for the business side of things, they made it clear to understand, which again to me is another important factor.

We knew more or less what we wanted and on explaining this were pointed in the right direction but also alerted to potential other options. At no point did I feel hassled in to making decisions or the purchase did did make. Derek assisted us at our visit and we found him to be good humoured, uninvasive, but on hand when we needed advice or had questions.

The whole process was very quick and easy

It was a very professional service. Was offered a drink within minutes of entering the store which is a nice personal touch. The salesman Matt was first class and steered us through our choices excellently. Our only criticism would be that there was not enough tills/computers to take our order once a decision had been made we waited almost 45 minutes as only two computers were in store and both were being used by customers ordering finance options etc. Perhaps a tablet available for these kind of situations would be advisable. Had we been busy we would of left and gone to another shop to look for t he mattress. Not an ideal situation for busy people nowadays. Once we were on the till the transaction took minutes and Matt was so attentive that we felt ok to complete the order,

We were first greeted by a lady who was covering in the shop and she offered us a drink and gave me a comfortable pillow to use when trying the bed. She also pointed out some deals that had just started. She asked another colleague to come and assist us. When Colin was free he came over and offered us support and good advice about different mattress types and firmness ratings. He told us about other products and talked us through the optional cover for the mattress. Overall very happy with the service!
