I had the most amazing sales assistant Colin, he helped me and my husband pick the perfect mattress! Colin was very knowledge and patience helping us decided on which matress would be right for us.

Our advisor Gail was brilliant, she helped us with all our queries and helped us find the best, most comfortable bed for our need and budget. When I enquired about a cheaper bed I had seen on the website, Gail told us all the positives about the cheaper bed and didn’t try to direct us back to the more expensive bed, which I really thought was good customer service. All our queries were answered and she really made us feel welcome and we were given plenty of time to make our decision and try out a few beds and pillows. All options were explained in good detail and offers were also told to us.

Me and my wife come into the Waterlooville store today. We where greated by a member of staff called Colin he was very helpful in providing everything we had in mind for our new bedroom furniture. Colin adviced us in all payment options and even offered us a cup of tea this made us feel very welcome and respected as a comstomer. We are highly satisfied with the service in store and will be returning.

The Customer Service was very good showing mattress looking for, advice given, payment and delivery advice given.

We bought the same sofa-bed 10 years ago at Dreams. We liked it and decided to buy another one. It was very easy in using it and it did not take a lot of place. The colour and quality of fabric suited to my linen Sandersan curtains.
