Polite and helpful staff without being pushy. The mattress ordered was a "built to order item" so unfortunately no delivery date was able to be given at the time of purchase.

Your salesperson Sean (Shaun) welcomed us to the store and asked if we needed any assistance. When we indicated that we did indeed need help he proceeded to guide us through all the types of mattresses in the store ( colour coded bands etc) he then asked us if we would like to try your electronic mattress matching machine. We did use this service. We particularly liked the fact that after what can only be described as a mattress induction session we were then left to wander around the store at our leisure to make our choice. This was a relaxed and unhurried experience which turned out to be quite pleasant. All the staff in the store were friendly , polite and professional. But above all they were not pushy just around in the background to provide advice if required (and coffee) thanks to all the staff they were a credit to your company.

Very friendly welcome into the store. Time was not a problem, I was invited to stay as long as I needed. I was not rushed into making a decision and customer satisfaction was at the top of the list from Andrew who I dealt with.

The dreams team member was very attentive, but not overly so. Had a good knowledge of the products, and if he didnt he had backup in store that did. We were able to ask questions and look around on our own, but have the ability to ask questions when required.

Friendly, informative salesperson who listened to us and was not pushy. Good prices and free delivery on a Saturday.
