Colin was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for him, IE he kept changing pillows and explaining the differences in them and also the difference in bed filling. He is a credit to Dreams a very good listener and sales man

The Staff were very good The Manager who served us was great very friendly and helpful. did all he could to help. Dreams were the only place that had the type of product to meet our needs The Bed was not in Stock promised by the end of November so three to four weeks as not in stock so waiting confirmation of Delivery at £499.00 more expensive then I wanted to pay but seems that is way it is

We arrived 5 minutes before closing and although dealing with another customer, Colin greeted us and offered us assistance at his earliest opportunity. He pointed us in the right direction while he finished his previous appointment and then answered all of our questions. He made it very clear he would be happy to stay for as long as we needed. He was very personable and knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with.

Friendly staff great product s. Our last bed and frame where from dream s 14,yrs ago.

Colin, the shop assistant/ salesman was most helpful and pointed out the types of mattresses that we needed. The bed was good price and exactly the one we was looking for.

The sales staff are very friendly and know their products. Although the product we wanted was not in store they were able to find it very quickly onnline and arranged delivery for the date we required. We have bought several proucts from Dreams in Waterlooville and will continue to do so whenever we need the sort of product suppliedby Dreams because the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They go out of their way to ensure that the customer is satisfied. It would be even better if forgetful customers like myself could be reminded to use our Nectar cards. That is NOT a criticism of the staff at all, just a reminder that some of us are not quite "with it" all the time - ( over 80's!) No, honestly a great store with equally great staff. Our first port of call always. Thank you.
