No pressure sales from the Dreams Colleague and he was very helpful.

The salesman , Colin, was very attentive and knowlrdgeable without being "pushy". As we were on foot today and had also purchased 2 Tempur pillows he went over and above and gave us a lift homw (5 mins away and colleague minding the shop)

Your salesman was fri,endly without being pushy explained some basics about the products and left us to our own the way I like to shop when we were ready he helped us purchase our mattress well satisfied would recommend your friendly staff well done

Pleasant friendly staff. Not pushy and gave us time to have a good look round and then efficiently dealt with our order.

After purchasing a bed a month ago which we found uncomfortable we were able to exchange in store today. Derek dealt with us and was able to help us chose a more suitable and softer mattress. We also purchased 2 tempuy pillows which are mega comfy too!

The sales manager, Shaun, was exceptional in understanding our needs and requirements. He provided us with lots of useful information and gave us enough time to browse without feeling pressured to purchase something (unlike your competitors, Bensons, who were very pushy when it came to sales).

Not at all pushy to place an order. Identified what we needed and then offered several options, allowing us to make a decision. No rush.
