The sales person Colin was extremely helpful giving us a full demonstration of how to use the bed. He was extremely knowledgeable efficient and friendly. He asked us if we wanted extras like pillows and insurance which we decided to buy but he was not in the least pushy what the customer wants they get so we felt totally at ease. He also offered us refreshments and the experience was quick professional and an enjoyable experience. Thank you Colin a thoroughly nice man.

The sales assistand was very helpful. Made me a cup of tea and even lat me use the toiled. He was friendly and knew his products. I bought a mattress and headboard spending £800. There was no pressure just kind help which meant alot to me as apensioner and lady on her own shopping.

We were approached politely and courteously and the salesman offered to make suggestions if we gave an idea of we what we were looking for, which we did and he showed us 3 products which he felt would be most suitable and suggested that we try them. I had an alternative in mind which he did not think would be suitable but suggested I try it and see what I thought and he was right it would not have been suitable. He explained the products that we were considering in detail as well as the optional insurance and disposal of our old mattress.

The salesman was friendly and helpful and not pushy.

From the moment we walked into the store we felt comfortable. Colin was attentive without being over zealous. He gave us all the information we needed. We said we wanted to go away and check measurements and he made us feel perfectly free to do that without pressure. We returned a couple of days later and were greeted by name by Colin. He made the purchase friendly and easy. A great experience.

Colin was very cheerful and friendly. I didn't have to wait to be served. The headboard was just what I wanted.

We were thankful for being given the knowledge based support in helping us find a suitable mattress for our needs. We did not feel rushed and were able to try lots off different mattresses. We then went on unexpectedly to choose a new bed to go with the mattress and gained the same support and were guided with helpful information about the bed which helped us to decide on what we wanted. We purchased the bed too as we felt comfortable in making our decisions and not rushed.

The staff where very informative and very helpful

I was thinking of replacing a mattress but not sure how I would dispose of my current one. Very relieved about the disposal possibility. As it was a guest bedroom the salesman showed me the cheaper end of the mattresses and I chose the best of the 3. He was not "pushy" but friendly and helpful.
