Colin was very welcoming and made our dreams experience a great one! He was very polite and easy to speak to! Colin was brilliant

We were helpfully guided to what Derek thought would be our best options for back support and he was correct in everything he said, as we had done our research before we came to the shop. He then gave us a cup of tea and left us to it never far away to offer help if needed but never incroaching on us while we were testing the mattresses.

I new what I wanted as I have purchased this product before and the cassistant was very helpfull

Matthew,the sales assistant, made us feel welcome from the start. He was not pushy in any way but could answer all of my questions and when asked, pointed me in the right area of the beds which met my criteria. He then left us alone to make our choice of a bed. He was very knowledgeable about all your stock and gave us advice when wanted. We left the store feeling that we had made a friend and knowing that we had made the right choice for us. A very pleasant experience. Choosing a new mattress can be a daunting experience but dealing with Matthew and Dreams made it so easy.

Our sales man, Colin, was immediately friendly and interested in our needs and requirements . His knowledge of the products and advice were informative and ultimately resulted in a purchase . We enjoyed our experience shopping at Dreams and would definatley recommend this branch to others .

Staff were very professional,friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to return to the store. The staff were very busy but handled the situation brilliantly.

He helped us to find the perfect product for our needs and whilst offering us other products and services and explaining their benefits ensured that we did not feel pressurised into purchasing extra products. He was extremely helpful with not only the mattress but also bedroom furniture when we decided to also purchase this.
